01 · Who we are

Mindpit is operated by LeadTurtle (“we”, “us”). Contact us at pratik@leadturtle.tech. The app is a brain-training game: short runs, daily circuits, leaderboards and optional friend invites.

02 · What we collect

Account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google. You pick a public handle.

Play. Scores, XP, streaks, badges, run history, Daily Drop progress and which games you open.

Device. An install id, platform (iOS or Android), app version and, if you allow notifications, a push token from Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Optional. City or country if you set them, an Instagram handle if you opt into spotlight, and email addresses you type when inviting a friend who is not on Mindpit yet.

We do not collect precise GPS, contacts, camera-roll photos, payment cards or health data.

03 · How we use it

To create and keep your account, score runs, run leaderboards and the Daily Drop, send pushes you opted into, deliver friend invites you asked us to send, keep the game fair, and to fix crashes.

Handles, ranks and scores are public on leaderboards. Your email is never shown on a board.

04 · Who we share it with

Google — sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and push delivery (FCM). Hosting — our API and database. Email delivery — only when you invite someone by address, and only to send that one invite.

Advertising. The free app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising id on the device. We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose information if the law requires it or to stop abuse.

05 · How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you delete it in the app we stop the account immediately, strip personal fields (name, email, photo, handle, location, push tokens) and sign you out. Gameplay rows may remain in anonymous form so historical boards do not break.

06 · Your choices

Delete account lives in the app under You → Delete account, and on the web at https://mindpit.leadturtle.in/legal/delete-account. You do not have to email us, though you can, at pratik@leadturtle.tech. You can also ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, or to correct it, at the same address.

07 · Children

Mindpit is not directed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If we learn we have collected personal data from someone under 13, we will delete the account. Parents: write to pratik@leadturtle.tech.

08 · Security and transfers

Traffic to the API is encrypted in transit. Servers may process data outside your country (including India, where we operate). By using the app you understand that.

09 · Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
