Terms of Use
These terms are the contract for using Mindpit. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
01 · The service
Mindpit is a free-to-play brain-training game from LeadTurtle. Features include timed games, a daily five-station circuit, leaderboards, badges and optional friend follows. We may change, pause or retire features.
02 · Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are 13–17, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
03 · Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for that account. Pick a handle you are willing to see on a public board. One person, one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, cheat, or abuse other players.
04 · Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Mindpit app for your own play. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or wrap the service in another product.
05 · XP, gems and ranks
XP, gems, streaks, badges and ranks are virtual. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. We do not currently sell in-app purchases; if that changes, those purchases will follow the store’s refund rules (Apple or Google).
06 · Fair play
Play the games as designed. No bots, scripts, modified clients, score spoofing or exploiting bugs for rank. The Fair Play rules are part of these terms.
07 · Invites and rivals
Only invite people you know, using an address they actually use. Do not use Mindpit to spam. Following another player is one-way and does not require their acceptance.
08 · Disclaimer
Mindpit is provided “as is”. Brain-training is for fun and practice, not a medical device, diagnosis or guarantee of cognitive improvement. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
09 · Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LeadTurtle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost XP, ranks or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mindpit is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater (currently the app is free).
10 · Ending the account
You can delete your account any time in the app (You → Delete account) or via https://mindpit.leadturtle.in/legal/delete-account. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
11 · Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the service.
